Description Robert Half Management Resouces is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our healthcare clients on an interim basis. In this short-term role, you will play a vital part in supporting a government audit by ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery of required documentation, and effective communication among all stakeholders. This is a contract position expected to last 1-2 months, with remote work as the primary arrangement but potential for occasional on-site meetings. Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation to support the audit process. - Act as the central point of coordination between IT teams, business units, and external auditors. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to address challenges. - Respond promptly and accurately to audit-related requests, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards. - Facilitate regular meetings to align stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the project. - Provide detailed status updates and progress reports to key stakeholders and leadership. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines. - Maintain meticulous records and documentation to support audit findings and compliance. - Ensure adherence to budget and resource allocation while meeting project deadlines. Requirements - Proven experience in project management, with a focus on IT and business coordination. - Strong familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Jira, ERP systems, and CRM platforms. - Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and cloud technologies. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex tasks effectively. - Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Immediate availability to start and commit to the contract duration. - Experience with budget processes and ensuring resource efficiency.
