Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations. Time is spent primarily on the production floor to observe and direct daily operations.

Duties

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
• Directs and instructs standard operations to Group Leaders.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines.
• Oversee the packaging and fabrication of products, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and compliance documentation.
• Address any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining is a MUST
• Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of efficiency, gauging, standard times, kanban, and traceability.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of production operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
