At Wurk, a successful Order Fulfillment Specialist will prepare and ship payroll check packages for clients. On this fast faced team, the OFS will need to exemplify outstanding customer service skills as well as troubleshooting skills. This position full time, non-exempt, and is in office. 

Responsibilities

  • Printing, sealing, packaging, and shipping live checks to multiple client destinations with a high to near perfect delivery success
  • Building and owning processes and procedures around timely fulfillment of check delivery including payroll, manuals, and vendor checks
  • Working with equipment vendors to maintain smooth operation of fulfillment machinery including but not limited to MICR and standard printers, mail machines, and pressure sealers
  • Processing returned timeclock terminals
  • Field incoming cases to identify or resolve issues or questions for clients while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Work individually and with a team to solve problems while communicating trending issues and best practices
  • Develop relationships with assigned client admins to foster a collaborative environment where clients have the feeling of partnership
  • Responsible for weekly new hire reporting
  • Assisting with office duties and the support team as needed

Required Skill Sets and Experience

  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • Excel skills and aptitude in Microsoft applications
  • Interpersonal communication skills, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds
  • Reliable transportation to our Downtown Denver office
  • Shipping and printing experience preferred
  • UKG Ready experience preferred
  • Salesforce service cloud or other support ticketing system preferred
