Compensation & Incentives: • Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $350,000• Bonus: 37.5% of net collections over $1 million
• Year 2 and beyond: 37.5% of net collections

Responsibilities:
• Seamlessly become part of the Charlotte, North Carolina community while contributing your advanced surgical skills to our respected and collaborative team.
• Showcase outstanding communication abilities, a true dedication to patient care, and a strong drive for continuous learning to elevate the quality of care and service.
• Fulfill all required qualifications, including a DDS or DMD degree, completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency, and an active North Carolina dental license.
Qualifications:
• Candidates applying for the position in Charlotte, NC, US must possess a DDS or DMD degree to be considered eligible.
• Successful completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Holding a valid dentistry license in the state of North Carolina is essential for applicants seeking this position.
