**Job Title: Inventory Coordinator** **Job Description** As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, reading work orders, and effectively communicating with the team regarding product placement within the warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Maintain accurate records of inventory. + Read and interpret work orders. + Communicate product placement within the warehouse to the team. + Pick items for shipment and store away inventory. + Coordinate with logistics for shipping arrangements. + Resolve inventory issues and conduct cycle counts. + Manage warehouse inventory control and data entry. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in inventory management and control. + Experience with cycle counts and data entry. + Ability to use Salesforce for Warehouse Management System (WMS). + Attention to detail, particularly with SKU numbers. + Capability to create spreadsheets for system upload. + Excellent documentation skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in using Warehouse Management Systems. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with growth potential within the company. Overtime is optional, and employees can choose to work from 6 AM to 6 PM. The warehouse is large and crowded with inventory, with varying temperatures depending on the season. The work is independent, requiring candidates to ask questions when unsure. A quiet work environment is maintained, and a two-person lift is required for items over 50 pounds. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murrieta, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
