Job Description

Good Feet Midwest is an expanding franchisee of The Good Feet Store, America’s #1 Arch Support Store. With 40+ locations across the Midwest and South, we’re poised for significant growth, planning to double our stores in the next 3–5 years. Our mission is to improve people’s well-being and get them back to the life they love through premium Good Feet Arch Supports. 

We are seeking a data-driven Inventory Analyst to support centralized inventory planning and replenishment across our network of retail stores. This role will sit in our West Allis, Wisconsin office. This role plays a critical part in ensuring optimal stock levels by analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and executing centralized ordering strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in retail inventory management across multiple locations.

This is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in West Allis, WI . Candidates must be currently located in the Greater Milwaukee area or within a commutable distance to be considered. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze historical sales, current trends, and seasonality to forecast inventory needs across 40+ retail locations.
  • Create and manage centralized purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels at each store location.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, shrinkage, and in-stock/out-of-stock performance; identify and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track inventory KPIs (e.g., weeks of supply, sell-through rate, stockouts, excess inventory).
  • Collaborate closely with store managers, the finance team, and suppliers to align demand planning and replenishment cycles.
  • Maintain and optimize inventory management systems to ensure accurate, real-time stock visibility and reporting.
  • Support new product rollouts by forecasting initial allocation quantities and replenishment strategies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and contribute to continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in our West Allis, Wisconsin office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain analytics, preferably in a multi-store retail environment.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., ERPLY, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with centralized inventory ordering processes
  • Familiarity with forecasting models and demand planning tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused retail environment
