Job Title: CRO Co-founder (HR & Recruitment Experience)

Location: Remote / San Francisco (Preferred)

Equity-Only Role | Pre-Seed Stage

We are an ambitious, pre-seed startup with one of the most exceptional product in the HR tech industry —a platform designed to redefine how companies hire, automate, and grow talent at scale.

We’re now looking for a Co-founder & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our core team and take full ownership of sales and revenue generation—particularly for our recruitment services . You’ll be responsible for leading client acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and scaling our revenue engine from the ground up.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Own all revenue-related activities with a focus on recruitment services .

  • Drive and close B2B partnerships with enterprises and agencies.

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy tailored for hiring and talent services.

  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team (post-funding).

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and product team to align revenue with vision and execution.

✅ Requirements:

  • Proven background in recruitment or staffing services , ideally with sales leadership experience.

  • Strong network and relationships in HR, talent acquisition, or enterprise hiring.

  • Experience in early-stage startups or building a sales function from scratch is a strong plus.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute under lean conditions.

  • You believe in ownership, transparency, and building something game-changing.
