Role Overview As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at CloseAbility, your main goal is to recruit licensed real estate agents to join our platform. You’ll make outbound calls, follow a simple script, and either book a meeting or directly enroll agents. We supply the leads, phones, CRM, training, and support — all you need is the drive to succeed. This is a remote, full-time role with high earning potential and a clear growth path.
